Question about Computers & Internet

If the copier can make multiple copies from one "original", or can take multiple originals (pages 1 through 4) and make "collated" copies (1,2,3,4, offset the output tray, 1,2,3,4, offset, 1,2,3,4, offset),
then it does have a disk-drive.
Call Toshiba, and get their technician to remove the disk-drive,
and then you can take a sledge-hammer to it, to make it "unreadable".
Or, get them to sign a document stating that they will "wipe" the disk-drive, and then physically destroy it, when the copier is returned to Toshiba.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
