Question about Kitchen Ranges
Check the oven sensor wiring from the sensor back to the control board for broken wiring
if the wiring is ok then ohm the sensor with an ohm meter
if it shows no resistance replace the sensor
if it shows resistance replace the control
i would suspect the sensor
