You need the Driver for your camera, you need a USB cable, OR a Video INPUT card/Dongle, One, simply streams the Video, or "Plays" the Video, then once connected to the PC, you "Record" or "Save" it in a suitable "Format" then you can "Burn" to DVD with, almost any handy DVD writing software.
