Question about Apple iPhone 3G Black Smartphone
First open iTunes and connect your iPhone CORD to your computer, but do
not plug it into your iPhone.
Then press and hold the home button on your phone while connecting the iPhone cord into your iPhone. Continue to hold down the home button. Then click restore in iTunes.
If that did not work, check if the iPhone is charging or not. If it's charging, try to hold down the home button and the power button at the same time for five seconds. This should reset the iPhone.
But if the iPhone is no longer charging, send the phone to the nearest Apple Store.
Thank you and good luck!
