Question about Saeco INCANTO DELUXE Espresso Machine
Sounds like the grinder is grinding too much coffee than the brew unit can handle. Otherwords itis overloading the brewunit. Try reduce the aroma in the coffee menu to mild.

I had mine set at strong so reduced it to normal. So far so good. Still strong enough for my tastes, too, thankfully.

I was having this same issue and just reduced my aroma to mild and so far so good. It's only been a few cups but it does not sound like the water is trying to over-pump the water. I hope this is the final solution as the first time it started happened i returned the machine. Then it started to happen with the new one. :(
