If it's only 2 months old, it is still under warranty...you should take advantage of that.

This is either an indication of a faulty battery or a more serious camera fault. Try replacing the battery, if that does not cure the problem it is camera service time.

Kodak easyshare m320 charge light is green, but not charged

Hello Dead Battery, Well this sounds pretty easy compared to most questions I get. If the camera says the battery is dead, then the battery is dead !! the problem with batteries is they loose their capacity over time. The charger can not put any more in it and says it is charged. Just get a new one and give it a full charge and this should do the trick.

Hello, try putting in more expensive re chargeables. And if that doesnt work, get yourself a discharger. This machine discharges the batteries safely and allows them to fully charge to their full potential. There are more stronger batteries coming out every week, just try a couple and see how you go. Also have you tried using a different charger? Perhaps the charger may not be 100% all of these things make a difference. I hope I have helped you.

My m1093 kodak camera won't turn on, it turns on briefly and then turns right back off again. i have tried charging it but nothing works

try taking out the battery and memory card, then put back in the battery, and try turning on again
then if that works put in the memory card and turn on

My kodak easyshare m1093is turns itself off when i turn it on.

OK, try getting the LiIon batteries recommended for it if you haven't done so already. Charge the battery pack and install in the camera.

If the correct batteries are not used, the camera will function in this way. i.e. if you use alkaline, NiMH, or other types of AA batteries in this camera, the battery voltage is not compatible with your Kodak camera.

The whole line of Kodak Easyshare cameras is this way.

Hope this helps.

The batteries may just be "dead" and beyond charging. Before you toss them though, clean the contacts by wiping them firmly with a soft cloth and then try charging them again. If the problem persists, check the Kodak troubleshooting guide at:

Fixing your problem could be as simple as cleaning the battery contacts in the camera, or the solution could be a lot more complex and expensive. Here's a link to the Kodak Help Center - it provides a simple Q&A format to diagnose the problem and propose a solution.
