Question about Televison & Video
This is very vague. There are a multitude of fault conditions that can cause this. Most often in the Sony CRT sets it is a high voltage and or scan failure. It is also possible that the CRT is no longer able to have emission.
The set would have to be properly diagnosed to have a definate answer.
