Question about Panasonic DMR-EZ47V DVD Recorder/VCR
Your machine probably "locked up". Use a toothpick, or some similar item to press and hold the "reset" button on the front panel ( behind the drop down door ) and the unit should reset. Then you should be able to remove the disk.

The DVD door will not open on our Panasonic DMR-EZ47V. It does nothing. We have reset the unit several times but it still will not open. Unplug and then plug in again also does nothing. It just displays zeros on the display - first one zero, then two zeros, then three, etc. up to seven, then it blanks all out and then starts again. Frustrating...
inserted a VHS cassette which is now stuck..won't eject and F03 code is showing. Can't find this code in my mannual and haven't been able to eject cassette.
