Question about Olympus FE-210 Digital Camera
I contacted your service back on April 21/2010 stating that I had lost the instructions for my Olympus camera. The expert agreed to e-mail me instructions whcih were received and I was asked to agree to a $16.00 charge for the service. I accepted the charge and gave my Visa Card number to cover this cost. I was billed on my May statement and this was duly paid. I now find that I have also been billed $16.00 on each of my June and July statements. This is not correct and I expected to be credited for these two months charges. I have been in touch with Visa and they say they will also follow up on this overcharge.
