Turn both jet needles CW to stops (lightly), then turn each screw out CCW 1-1/2 turns. This is a basic setting which should allow the engine to start and run. Start the engine and allow to warm up, then pull the throttle full on. Adjust H needle CW until the engine starts to speed up, but still 4-stroking. Proper final adjustment is when the engine 4-strokes unloaded, but immediately 2-strokes when cutting. Release the throttle and adjust L needle CW for better idle, but still allows the engine to 'follow the throttle'. Set the idle speed screw so that the chain stops turning, but the engine will continue to idle. Hope this helps!

How do I know expansion valve,a c is working correctly

you need a set of manifold guages. de pending on temp. these numbers could be different but when working proper I would say up to 100 degrees your low side should be about 40 to 45 psi and high side should be around 250 psi. if the high side is low and the low side is high then the expansion valve may he clogged or Tha accumulator could be clogged

My 2004 madza 3i high and low beam are too low. I have to use high beam to see the road. Is anyone know how to fix it?

This is not hard to fix. Wait until it is dark enough outside to clearly see your headlight beams, then park your car on level ground 20 feet from a wall, fence, garage door, etc. Turn on your headlights (be sure your high beams are off) and open the hood. on the top of each headlight assembly you will find an adjustment screw... just turn the screw with a Phillips screwdriver until the hot spot in the center of your headlight beam hits the wall where it meets the ground.
