Question about Samsung Washing Machines
You should check the wash load suspected to be containing the oily thing. If there's none, then your washer must be using a pump with cooling oil used to cool down the pump motor. The casing that contains the oil must be broken and the oil spilled out in the filter. The pump motor must have failed as indicated by not draining of the machine. Take the pump assembly out to inspect it and replace it if it has indeed failed.
