SOURCE: Legend By ESTEY organ
This happens when organ sits in none use state for long periods. My Legend was in storage from 2001 to 2004 and I had to call the Estey company to get "reset" instructions. I wrote them down as...."TO RESET---PRESS TRUMPET/TROMBONE BUTTON---TURN OFF---TURN ON---WAIT FOR "HARDWARE RESET" DISPLAY.
Hope this works for you.

The organ is basically a harmonica gated by keys. It has reeds and a fan.
I would open it up and clean everything. It is possible a mouse has gotten in there and they stink including their messes for quite a while.
You might need to lube the fan.

I have the original technical data for it, as if you wanted to build one yourself from scratch, but no owners manual. Did you ever find an owner's manual? Also, I have the organ itself.
