Talk to the service provider that the phone was under, and ask to report a lost phone. They'll ask for some info and they'll take it from there.

How do I remove Samsung Galaxy S5 Active imei number from blacklist?

You will need to ask your cellphone provider. Normally blacklisted because it is stolen, or has been moved to another carrier when the previous carrier still owns the phone under an unexpired contract. This is the official line on this

You can check your IMEI number is Blacklisted in AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Telus, Sprint...Blacklist IMEI is lost, stolen or ineligible (Bad, Barred, Blocked, Financed, Under Contract) mobile phone. Always check blacklist before buy, sell or get phone.

Contact your network provider. Give them your IMEI number. They should be able to block your lost phone & make it unusable. The phone then becomes worthless.

Hi. If you still have the box or receipt that shows the IMEI number of your phone, you may go to your national tele-communications office and file a request to block your cellphone on every mobile network in your country. Whoever stole your phone will not be able to use the phone.
