Can you wash the Roomba Cleaning Head Module

I have cleaned every part of my Roomba without any problems.

Over a year ago my dog had a serious case of the runs. Before we got home my Roomba i780 equipped with it's millions of dollars worth of R&D effectively spread said dog "business" evenly to every single square inch of hardwood floor and carpet in my house. It was quite a scene, and cost me a pair of $300 Ugs to get my girlfriend to clean it up.

Needless to say I took it completely apart and washed every single component. Actually I washed each component several times because the smell lingered.

While it says in the instructions not to use cleaning solutions on the components I can say that in my experience it did not cause any harm. Mine has been working for over a year since without issue.

I should add that prior to this happening I had cleaned the cleaning head module with fantastic many many times. I'm guessing yours is starting to accumulate that mm thick film of dirt. Just spray a paper towel with cleaning solution and slowly wipe it off. I have found putting a cloth over a screwdriver for "soft scraping" is good strategy.

2004 Super Glide cuts out when riding and restarts when cool down....what is the reason

you don't say how long you are riding before it dies on you but sometimes if have gotten dirty gas or other contaminants in the tank they will clog the fuel filter, then after the bike sits a bit it will restart until these contaminants again clog up the filter.
empty your tank and clean or replace the filter

hope this helps

I have an imac, and I just bought an optoma hd65. When I hook my iMac up to the optoma via a vga cable, there is a ghosting effect on the picture. Decreasing the "sharpness" helps a little but...

The adapter would be my first suspicion. Can you find another (better) one to try?

Also check the video output settings of the iMac to make sure its set for a 60hz output (if you're in the us. it's 50hz for Europe)

Optoma hd65 has a red light. Only had it for 5 months. How do you fix?

The red indicator light usually comes on when something needs attention. Most often it has to do with the lamp timer or the filter timer. The projector keeps track of how long it's been since you've changed the bulb or cleaned the filter(s). You can reset these timers in the menu. Be sure to clean the filter before you reset the timer
