I am new at this site as of today.I paid for/posted a problem and received several comments by different persons.Apparently when my problem was solved I didn’t acknowledge the actual person who gave me the “fix.” I inadvertently selected (rated) “Micromaster.” The person who actually helped me was “Basti.”Can this be recitified? I didn’t understand how the process works. I certainly want to give credit to the proper person who helped me today. Thank you, mjc777

If you bought and downloaded this program from Microsoft, they would have sent you an email at that time. That email contains download instructions and the product key. If you paid the extra to have a disk sent to you, the license may also be on an orange sticker on the disk packaging.
If you have lost the email or did not buy the copy but downloaded from some torrent site I'm afraid you will simply have to head to www.microsoft.com or your local computer store and purchase a fresh copy.
It's not difficult. Connect the external drive at any suitable connector of your computer (usually USB) and after some seconds you will notice a new (removable) hard disk at your computer. Move or copy at this disk whatever you want to move or copy. You can use either "drag and drop" or "copy - paste"

the issue is caused by a Microsoft Jet update. in c:\icwin310\backup directory you will find the files needed by icverify. Make a backup of the following files in c:\windows\system32
Copy the files listed from the c:\icwin310\backup directory to c:\windows\system32 and your error should be no more.
There may be compatibility problems. Do a repair using add/remove programs. There may be problems with COM components also. Right click on my computer icon and go to manage. From there go to Event viewer snap-in. There are logs for office softwares. Examine that. If there is an error it will be listed there. :) If this is helpful to you, please rate. Thank You!!!
