Question about Intuit QuickBooks: Pro 2005 for PC
Basti, I apoligize for my error in not acknowledging (rating) you for all your help with my issue today. Following is a copy my email to Fixya regarding this issue.
I am new at this site as of today. I paid for/posted a problem and received several comments by different persons. Apparently when my problem was solved I didn’t acknowledge the actual person who gave me the “fix.”
I inadvertently selected (rated) “Micromaster.” The person who actually helped me was “Basti.” Can this be recitified?
I didn’t understand how the process works.
I certainly want to give credit to the proper person who helped me today.
