By the information provided by you, it seems like the issue may be Hardware related.
Restart the computer and press F5 and boot Computer to Safe Mode. Check if the Computer is still restarting.
If the issue still persists, try reinstalling the Operating System. However, if the issue still persists then it confirms that it is Hardware related.
If the Computer does not restart in Safe Mode, then the issue is with one of the Driver or any recent program or Virus. Try reinstalling the Drivers and uninstall any new new programs installed. Also scan the Computer for Virus.
You can also happen due to the presence of bad sectors in the Hard Drive. In the Safe mode, try performing Disk fragmentation to remove bad sectors and check if it resolves the issue.
If the issue is Hardware related, then the part that has to be replaced is Hard Drive. This is because, the Computer is booting to the OS. Hence it is completing POST and indicates all the other essential components are working.
