Question about Brother MFC-7440N Laser Printer
If you are using the Auto feed tray (feed paper in on the top), check the small glass panel on the left side of the machine, there may be small spot of white out or lint or dust. This has been the cause of most of our lines. If you are not using the autofeeder than you may have some internal scanner problem. I would see if there is a firmware update by going to brothers website and downloading the most recent updates to the firmware.
