Hello,
I dont know your Dryer model or if it is vented or a condenser dryer. It could be the main heater has gone or the programmer. There is also a safety thermostat which could have blown. It is worth checking for blockages in the filters and condenser stack etc. and the water tank.If vented check outlet pipe is not crushed or blocked.
Hope this helps.

Assuming this is a 220 volt dryer, are both sides of the breaker on? It should not blow only one side of the 220, but worth checking.

PROBLEM WITH THE HEATING ELEMENTS, THEY ARE PROBALLY BURNED OUT, CHECK THEM YOU WILL HAVE TO PULL THEM OUT AND CHECK WITH A METERN TO SEE IF THEIR OPEN, BUT I WOULD SAY THATS IS THE PROBLEM

My dyer heats and tumbles, but doesn't dry

I'd check first for clogged vent hose or clogged lint filter or clogged vent flap on wall (outside).

If that's not a problem, it may be a faulty thermostat. Heating element is probably okay if it heats some of the time.

More info, let me know.

Tumble dyer

first, you should check the exhaust system, make sure every inch of it is clean on the inside. if it is clogged, there is sensors that turn off your heating element as a safety measure. if this is clean, there is 2 heat sensors, one of them probably needs replaced.
