On 25th June 10 a premium account was opened with you for receipt payment for the services rendered to the parties and as desired by you the fallowing documents were submitted and which you have accepted it.
1 Credit Card verification
2. Pan card issued by Govt. of India Ministry of Finance.
B.On 1st July10, on receipt of payment from M/S Trujillo Marketing, LLC 4DN40949LF528982W under Transaction ID 4DN40949LF528982W for amount 420USD you raised the enquiry after the accept ting amount and demanded proof of invoice and proof of delivery.
In response to your quarry I submitted the scan copy of Bank Statement of ICICI bank ( you accepted/resolve) and informed you that the account has been wrongly been opened as premium instead of business. Please modify the status of account opening form (you mentioned it as resolved) in resolution centre. In this regard I sent you the mail stating that the account has been opened for receipt of payment for services rendered to firms. In case the account has wrongly been opened please amend the nomenclature (STATUS) as required by you, as your website does not define in details of various categories of services.
I am extremely sorry to point out that more than 15 days have passed you are unable to resolve the issue and the amount received has been kept illegally by you an in abeyance. Further you have not sent any further inquiry / update information about the status of account.
In view of the above you are requested either activate my account within three days or close my account and the amount lying in the account my be refunded to the parties failing which I shall refer the matter to various forum for which you will be responsible.

If you honestly paid and money is missing from your credit card then she had to of received your payment. If you overpaid for the item then get her Paypal email address and send her the $15.00 back through the "Send Money" link..Just select "Gift" as the reason for a payment. You can also open a dispute if she never sends you the dolls after 15 days have passed to get all of your money returned to you. I see you have a transaction ID so Paypal will have record of payment so there is no way she could lie to you about not getting payment

Ok, first off what is the exact issue it is hard to understand from your original post. Did you purchase fabric or did you sell fabric? Either way you will want to start a dispute with paypal as they are the only ones that can resolve this issue for you. You can do that at this link:

I am also in India and I used to do the same transaction. Please wait for upto two more days and if it's not credited to your account. You better call the Bank and clarify. I am sure that there's no paypal issue in India at the moment as recent months.
When you say, "completed on 04 oct 2010..." means the transaction was transferred to the bank from your paypal account, but if the staff haven't processed the transaction, it'll not be credited to your account. I takes at least 4 days and at most 10 days.
