Original problem was the 7 orange blinking lights. I cleaned the print head and reset the lights. Didn't help. I cleaned the waste tanks and found three parts just sitting by the tanks. They are a metal clip with 2 holes, a plastic piece with 2 holes and a plastic guard with two holes. I am assuming they go back on the 2 pegs that are there, but not sure what order they go on there. Once I resolve that, I still have to fix the blinking light problem. Any help would be appreciated.

count the number of orange flashes in between the green light. two flashes = out of paper, 3=paper jam, 4=empty ink tank, 6=print head not installed, 7=print head defective, 8=waste ink tank is almost full
Probably your waste ink counter. Should be cleaned or replaced before resetting
but usually you can get away with resetting once. 1. Start with printer
OFF 2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER 3. Release RESUME 4.
press RESUME twice, then release POWER 5. let green light blink until
printhead has finished moving. 6. Select functions below with RESUME, execute
with POWER
0 presses - green light - Test Print 1 press - orange light - EEPROM info print 2 presses - green light -
EEPROM initialise 3 presses - orange light - reset waste ink counter.

You don't want to do a waste reset, ink will overflow everywhere.. but waste ink full is what the 7 blinks means. Resetting the waste ink is like adjusting your gas gauge and not putting gas in, not a good idea...
