I think its located back bottom of drum, could be this short circuit, try disconnecting the wiring to it then see if machine runs make sure no power connected while disconnecting also tape up wiring ends..

some liquid is leaking into the electronics or there is a motor gone
or some other leakage to earth of electricity
as i say can be liquid or a motor or a heating element
i think your model heats the milk so i presume some element has failed
its a job for the local approved service or see where you bought it

Oven element tripped main fuse box switch

Try running it with the element disconnected, if it does not trip, then element is causing prob.
If it still trips, then look elsewere for prob,.

Oven not working

This tutorial will show you how to check your Zanussi element and how to replace your Zanussi cooker element.
Here are the 3 main faults to look for in your oven or cooker that is not heating
  1. Your oven will not work until the clock/timer has been re-set after replacing an oven element or tripping the electrical supply. Consult your Zanussi manual.
  2. If you're Oven is not getting hot or heating up it could be a faulty element, if the fan in the oven is running and the thermostat light is on, this will lead us to believe that the element has gone faulty. With grills the thermostat light should come on there should be heat, if not then this could be the grill element or the thermostat.
  3. When you turn the oven on, the household electrical supply trips on the Rcd (this is the earth trip in the fuse board sometimes called the breaker tripping) your fan oven element has gone to earth and needs replacing.

Miele Dryer heater bank

i am sending you all the possibilities for your problem, check either of these causes ----and than let me know if it is solved----

Power from the house
Check to see whether there's power getting to the dryer. Is it plugged in? Check for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers--your dryer uses two fuses or circuit breakers. The dryer could tumble but not heat if only one of the two fuses is blown. If you have circuit breakers, one of the two circuit breakers can trip, even if the two for the dryer are connected.

Heating element
Often a dryer heating element burns out, but doesn't trip the circuit breaker or blow a fuse. The heating element is simply a long coil of special wire. You can check it for continuity with an ohm meter. No continuity means the element is bad and you need to replace it--electric heating elements aren't repairable.

Thermal fuse
On many dryers, there's a thermal fuse mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. The fuse--which is about an inch long--is usually embedded in black resin and mounted in a white plastic housing. If the fuse has blown, you need to replace it. (You can't re-set it.)

Wiring
A common problem is for the main wiring connection from the house, at the dryer, to burn and break its connection. Because the dryer can still tumble with partial power, the connection may be only partially defective. You may need to replace both the power cord to the dryer and the terminal block inside the dryer that the wire is attached to.

It's unusual for a household RCD to go out on excess current from an appliance - the fuse in the plug top and circuit fuse/MCB in the consumer unit should provide closer protection. This leaves you with an earth fault. Earth faults aren't usually related to motor load. Watch carefully what phase of the cycle the trip happens. Does it correlate with the start of water heating? A very frequent cause of low current earth faults is water ingress into the heating element. If you can trip the RCD reliably on every cycle, running the same cycle with the element disconnected would confirm whether or not this is the cause. A.
