Question about HP Color LaserJet 2600n Printer
The HP2600n panel reads 'ready' but when we try to print from PC nothing happens. When we look in the print queue the document 'hangs' as printing for a couple of minutes & then displays 'Error - printing' ?
U r saying printer doesn't print,pls check it with self test if it comes then this is the problem with thr pr driver,if it doesn't give the test page then the issue with the formatter,first try with step one then 2nd ur problem will resolve.......................

Try checking cable if you have another cable try that after rebooting computer! if that doesnt work go to hp's website look up the units driver for the correct operating system reinstall the drivers from hp's website then reboot and try your printer again it should work! 99.9 percent of time error printing to queue is a communication problem from the driver being corrupt or a error in your system registry.
