I have a Kenmore Elite Oasis Electric Dryer, Model No. 110.6703. The cycle signal will not stop beeping and the lights blink between the on off. Any suggestion for what the problem may be?

My cycle signal keeps beeping and the lights keep flashing. There is nothing in the manual about this.

I have the same problem with my Kenmore Elite Oasis 110.67052600 - the cycle signal volume keeps going from low to high, beeping all along. It does this intermittantly, but is very annoying.

Putting the Dryer into the Diagnostics Mode confirmed a fault code of F2.

This symptom indicates a stuck key on the user interface control board.
Replacing this control board would most likely fix this type of problem.
The part number for the user interface for this model is 8564374.

You can order this part from www.SEARSPARTSDIRECT.com

The procedure for replacing this control board is shown in the images below.

NOTE: You should only attempt this procedure if you are completely confident in your technical ability to safely execute the process.
Follow electrical safety guidelines. Unplug the washer before accessing internal components.

Before buying any parts I suggest you access the interface ribbon and disconnect it and then connect it back and see if there is any improvement.

You might also remove the interface from the console and check the console for any stuck buttons.

Remember to unplug the washer first.

Hi Celine, I just experienced the same exact problem. I came here looking for a solution. I got mine to stop by holding down the cycle signal button for 3 seconds, releasing it for three seconds, and repeating until both lights (loud and soft) went off. Hope it helps.

Cycle Signal Volume beeps from loud to soft

This is a common and very well known problem with the Oasis. You will need to replace the operator interface board inside the control panel to resolve this issue. The board is located directly behind the control knob. If you post back with your model number, I can research a part number for you, give you info on where you can order a replacement, and give you guidance on how to replace the board yourself.
