Your engine has and electric fan on the radiator. This is a fairly common problem with the jeep . The normal fan thermostatic switch is bad. It is sensing the coolent temperature and when the coolent gets hot the fan comes on. Either it or the fan realy is bad, so it doesn't turn the fan on. Ok, so why cool when AC is on? Whenever you run the AC, the fan runs. There is an additional realy that makes the fan run no matter what the coolent temperature is. This is because this fan also cools the air conditioning condensor coil.

How do you burp cooling system on a 1995 grand cherokee 6 cylinder

Turn the engine on and leave it idle with the rad cap off and the heater on full heat and the fan on high, let the engine run until you feel heat from the vents in the inside and then shut off the motor.Wait until the engine cools some and top up the coolant, put the cap on and then you will be good to go.

I have a 95 jeep grand cherokee limited edition. over heats going up hills and then cools down once I'm going down the hill.

That is the first sign of a partially obstructed radiator. Check that no leaves or other debris is either on the air conditioner condenser or stuck between the radiator and condenser. If there is nothing there, have the radiator flushed. I recommend you flush the engine and the radiator separately as that engine tends to rust internally and if flushed with the radiator installed, it will plug the radiator up worse than before
If you don't have the time to so that immediately (but you really should) you can turn on the heater which will pull some of the excess heat from the system. (uncomfortable but can save the engine).

1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee the heat is not working or blowing?

2 problems?
No blower motor: Blower motor resistor very common or motor itself or heater controls.
No heat: Start simple with check antifreeze level after vehicle has sat for a few hours. If that's OK then it could be thermostat, heater controls, blend doors, water pump, restriction in cooling system

After i start my 95 jeep grand cherokee limited

crank or camshaft sensor will cause this, a bad crank sensor will cause it not to start or start hard. it controls timing and sends info to pcm for proper fuel mixture and spark at the right time.

99 cherokee laredo over heating

You can test the system by disconnecting the engine temp sensor that turns on the fan, the engine computer will go into failure mode and turn on the cooling fan, if the fan does not run check for voltage at the fan with a 12 volt test lite..
