Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
Well, if its been fixed twice already and doing it again, I would say its most likely over heating. Try using a Chill pad and on the processor clean off the old thermal compound and apply some Arctic Silver #. You can get the AS#5 at RadioShack for about $12 after tax. If your battery is getting hot enough to soften and break the solder connections i would suggest buying a new battery.
