Question about HP G60-235DX Notebook
Try removing the battery and the power cable for about 30-40 min and then plug it back in. If that doesn't work try contacting HP. I had a similar issue with a Toshiba replaced the HDD and after that it was fine. So I would say try those, if all else fails post on www.techsupportforum.com.
