Curser will not move from center of screen. I repaced batteries, sincronized with part that goes into the computer. Tried to turn-off and restart computer, resincronized again, curser still doesnot move.

I am not sure what device you are having a problem with so can't diagnose problem the best. The word cursor implies the mouse. Make sure the mouse has fresh batteries and is synced withh the wireless transmitter by pushing the reset button on both. If not go to start, control panel, devices, mouse and set each setting. Lastly a mouse is not seen by the computer unless it is plugged in and a reboot is then done. Hope this helps.

So i have a logitech mouse cordless the ones you place into the coumputer and idk why but when i plug it into the laptop it dosent work did press something or what please help me please?

Try plugging in the mouse when the computer is turned off, then turn the computer back on and do not touch the mouse. Does the mouse have a reset button or anything? Are the batteries in the mouse fresh?
If that doesn't work, download and install the drivers from www.logitech.com/drivers
Thanks Riz

How to install

Plug in the reciever into the computer and make sure the mouse has fresh batteries. Once you are in Windows, press the link button on the receiver. The indicator light should start blinking. Then within two seconds press the link button on the bottom of the mouse, the indicator light should quit blinking. After re-linking the devices move the mouse to see if it moves the cursor. If the cursor does not move, then move the mouse and see if the indicator light on the receiver blinks. If the device does not blink then try re-linking the devices again.

I've had this wireless mouse for 3 months (microsoft wireless mobile mouse 4000). it just stopped working. the battery is fresh (the red light is still on) and the transmitter is still firmly in the usb...

When you replace the Battery on a Wireless Mouse you have to link the Mouse again with your USB receiver. There should be a Button on the bottom of the Mouse that could be marked, Reset, or Link or something similar. Just turn on your Mouse and hold this Button for a few second until the USB receiver finds the signal.

I am plugging the stick into my office laptop. There doesn't seem to be a connection with the stick and the mouse.

First off make sure you have fresh batteries in the mouse. If the batteries are missing or weak then that would cause the no connection between the mouse and the usb stick.

After you check the mouse out for fresh batteries, then go ahead and plug the usb stick into your laptop. At this point you should hear a sound and windows should install the drivers for that mouse, if it doesn't then the next thing would be to try another computer or laptop that has working usb ports and try to connect the usb stick on another computer.

If it works then that means there is an issue with the usb ports on your office laptop. If the mouse still doesn't work then that means the usb stick is bad and you would need to buy a new mouse.

Nano mouse will not movethe cursor

Do you have the Nano 2007 model, or the Nano 2008? Procedures are different. The following link should help you:
Link 1 (resynching mouse)

Make sure you have fresh batteries and they are aligned correctly. If it still does not work, download the latest version of SetPoint and reinstall the softwrae after uninstalling it first.

Computer problem

Make sure that you have fresh batteries, and you might try to change them twice. One time could result in still not getting a fresh set of batteries.

Be certain to shut down your machine, and when it comes back up, depending on the model mouse you have, if you have software installed, you should be able to check battery status from there. If you have further problems, please post back, otherwise thank you for rating FixYa!
