Question about Vizio VP322 32 in. Plasma TV
Thanks for using FixYa. To start with unplug the unit and take the back off then check the power supply board for any bulged/swollen components. Also check the controller board which is the board located next to the power supply unit. The orange light indicates that the power is coming to the unit however, as its not working so the issue is more likely the power board. Hope you know that a plasma TV is a very hard working device. It is working harder than any TV that has been built before, and as a result it produces a lot of heat. 75% of technical problems in plasma TV's are caused by overheating problems. All this is only recommended if you have electrical expertise and/or know how to solder/re-solder components as these units contain high voltages even when switched off. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
