Question about Kodak EASYSHARE Plus Series 3 Thermal Photo Printer
I have a Kodak Easyshare Printer Dock Series 3. The printer tries to pickup paper to print on then says it's out of paper even though it is not. I have tried adding more paper and even reducing the amount of paper in the tray.
Hi there, you should try to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them again , after doing that you should restart the printer and then do a test by try printing a page to see the results this should solve the problem. I f you do not have the printer CD you can go to http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/products/ekn031238.jhtml?pq-path=10/9652/9653/7746 choose your model and download the drivers .
