Question about Logitech Radio Communications
Either the MIC of your headset is bad or the ear-phone of your son's headset is faulty.
Try talking to some one else over this head-set. If he/she is able to hear you then your MIC is absolutely fine and the latter's is faulty. But if that person is also not able to hear you then the problem is with your MIC.
In that case, replacing the MIC is advisable.
