The defrost drain is frozen shut.
Turn off the refrigerator.
Remove the lower freezer bins to access the drain opening.
It is on the back wall of the freezer about 8 inches up from the bottom.
Chip out visible ice.
Use a hair dryer to melt the ice in the drain hole.

Whirlpool refrigerator is leaking cold water from the lower left hand corner.

Behind the refigerator are valves and water hoses going to the water dispensor and the ice maker. Anyone of these hose could have a leak either at the connection or the hose. I would not attempt at repairing this unless you are real familar with this problem or appliance repair man.

Water coming out freezer door

The drain is clogged on the freezer defrost line. They put a little rubber pinched nozzle on the end of the line which causes the problem. I removed mine and cleaned it but decided to leave it off. Unplug the freezer. You will need to completely defrost the freezer to get the ice completely cleared from the drain hole. Then remove the lower back panel and reach up under the center of the freezer, following the drain trough up from the drip pan. When you feel the rubber nozzle you can easily pull it off. Clean the gunk out of it and decide what you want to do with it. I'm hanging on to mine in case I see a need to replace it. Just did this today. Took about 3 hours including defrosting slowly with a hair dryer on low. Also took a short nap in between.
