Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop
It all depends what outputs you have on your laptop, and what inputs on the tv.
If your TV is a modern lcd or plasma type then you have a couple of options.
You may have to use a vga cable like this 1 http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/t1034931646
This transfers video only
If you have a HDMI socket on your laptop and tv then this is the best way. Plus it transfers sound also.
