This could be a multitude of things: you said it worked when installed, window unit right anything punture the coil exposed to outside, if so freon leak no freon no cool Secondly is the filter dirty these unit needs to breath to work if its dirty it wont cool. switches in the same position turn them back and forth a few times see if that helps. always look for the obvious first and work your way back from there. If this is the first time you ran it since purchase was anything punctured on install if not maybe it was a lemon take it back if possible if not charging these things are a pain, it will need taps on the high and low side this should only be accomplished by a licensed professional and could be costly. give this a try and goodluck

How do i get refrigeration to circulate in Daewoo model DSC-F1253L-V split AC system. All installed and no cold air, no error codes?

If you don't evacuate the system/vacuum you will be contaminating the refrigerant. Reduced efficiency and premature compressor failure are destined to be in your future. You must at least purge lines. Hope you're confident in your flares/solder joints. Does the condenser come precharged? There has got to be a service valve or you cut them off to not have to flare. Good luck

Can R22 refrigerant be changed to 134 refrigerant?

Not unless you change every system component. The fill tube may be the same size but adding it will not make it cold at all. They are 2 separate coolants with different properties and are not compatible.

MY AIR CONDITIONER IS NO LONGER PRODUCING WATER FROM THE BACK

Check to make sure the filter is clean. If not, remove it, wash it and start it back up.

The water that you have seen comes from the machine cooling the air, the air conditioner literally squeezes the water out of the air. If it's not blowing cold ... no water.

If cleaning the filter doesn't work, you will probably have to have the unit looked at by a professional.

No cold air is coming out. needs to be re charged

How do you know it needs to be recharged? Get the case off and remove the compressor coverc2a402b.jpg
If that is all good check the capacitor for swelling.0ce5781.jpg If it swells it fails

Aircondition not cold

If your car air conditioner got gradually worst and not getting cold, then it is likely that you will need to get your car air conditioner 'recharged' with refrigerant: this is normal wear and any good mechanical shop will have the appropriate specilaized equipment to do it at a reasonnable cost.
In any case, check that the air conditioner compressor belt is not loose as this could also reduce the unit efficiency and cooling.
Hope it helps.
