I read the question and comment from the link you posted.
Have you tried changing the lamp instead of the board, it is the lamp that powers up the screen, and once it is damaged, it will try to supply visuals and cut immediately.
The lamp can get damaged by heat.
I suggest you change the lamp in the rear projection television.
