There should be two ways to do this.
1. Look long and hard in the main menues and the setup pages to see if there is a way to change it like that.
2.There should be a manual reset button on the back of the GPS device. Try holding it for 15 seconds then release. This should reset its factory defaults.
3. (X-tra) Try calling the company to see if they know, they probably will.

Located where it says reset, look for a 1cm deep indent. That is where the button would be. It may also be located on the top of the device.

How do i set home in my nuvi 2505 when the wrong address was added at first

To change the home address on the Nuvi, select Where To? on the left side of the main screen. Then choose Saved > Home and then press i > Edit . After you make the needed changes, press Done. (To edit some Saved items, you have to press Menu (the icon with the horizontal lines) after pressing the i button to see the Edit option.)

The manuals for the Nuvi 2595 LMT and the 2505 are available here: http://support.garmin.com/support/manuals/manuals.htm?partNo=010-01002-01&language=en&country=US .

I hope this helps.

Home location keeps showing a different location. reloaded home address still showing a different location.

On the TomTom One, this is impossible unless you have several maps.
Each time you switch to another Map, the preferences such as Favorites and Home addresses only apply to that specific map.

Let me know if it helps or let me know exactly what you are doing to change and set your Home address.

(hint: Change preferences -> Change Home location ?)

Wrong speed limit show

For posted speed limits, street names, etc, corrections can be made using the map corrections tab. For correcting a home address, I do not know. In fact, I have the same problem, i.e., an incorrect or unrecognized home address was enterred that I need to correct.
