M drive - Exmerge

Don't change permissions on the M drive....don't play with the M drive at
all actually. Don't back it up, don't let AV software touch it, etc etc etc.
In fact, pretend there is no M drive. :-)

Still do not touch the M drive even if you're going to retire this server -
you may render the stores unmountable.

Can you open all the mailboxes in Outlook using the account you granted
service-level access to?

What's the error message you get when you try to run exmerge, using that
account, on that server?
