Question about Lenovo 3000 N100 0689 Notebook
I have been burning DVDs from my laptop for ages, however somehow since I have moved to UK and installed their O2 Broadband services, it's being playing up. The laptop is now reading the driver as a CD player and not a DVD player. How do I fix it?
Early in the Disk burning process (at least with some of the older versions of Nero), you get to select which device to use as your writer.
Some devices get two entries on this list - one as a CD burner and one as a DVD burner (with the default being whichever you used last).
See if you can select the "DVD burner "instance of your device.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
