Sounds like your Graphics are just not powerfull enough.
If your graphics are built into your motherboard, there may be updated drivers on the support page.
If you have a descrete graphics card, just pop over to there web page and get the latest drivers.
If you have a laptop, you cant upgrade your driver unless there is a better driver on there web page.
If you have a desktop pc you can buy a new card that would play most games for about £40 or less
