Question about HP ScanJet 4600 Flatbed Scanner
Go to the manufacturers website and download the latest vista drivers, also you can find out if it is even compatible with vista. last call customer support..make sure you ask for a spanish speaking person if you want somebody that speaks english. hp has the worst customer support that i ever dealt with

Tips for a great answer:
I am a Support Engineer with Xerox Scanners. When you say that you need the "leads" I assume that you mean calbes to connect the scanner to your computer. If that is the case, all you need a USB A/B cable and a compatible power supply.
If you no longer have your original power supply, or it is no longer functional, you may be able to find a comatible replace at your local electronics store. It needs to have an output specification of 12 Volts and support at least 1.25 amps.
Drivers for this model can be found here. Please be aware that this model is circa 2003, and drivers were not made for operating systems beyond Windows Vista. If you need help updating or reinstalling the drivers, have a look at this article.
