It needs it's own 15 amp circuit. also check to see if the defrost timer is on and the filter message is cleared.

Frigidaire top mounted freezer trips gfi immediately. I replaced starter relay and overload protector and no change. What else can I do?

There are a couple of things here. The GFI could be bad which happens more often than people think. The other thing to check is that the circuit you have this on. It is a good idea to have your refrigerator on a dedicated circuit. If there are multiple items on that circuit you could be drawing too much juice when the compressor kicks in. Unplug everything on that circuit and run just the refrigerator and see if it does it again.

Have not used the kegerator for several years. Plugged it in and it immediately started getting cold. Then I unplugged it to move it and when I plugged it back in it does not get cold.

Check to see if any of the compressor electrical items came loose when moving.
I had this happen to a customer and he called someone else in who tried to sell him a new compressor.

Fujitsu remote control settings

Prior to operating an air conditioner below 68 degF, a capacity control (such as a hot gas bypass) should be added to protect the system from imminent compressor failures. Running the system at low temperatures will result is refrigerant floodback to the compressor. Refrigerant floodback will surely damage the compressor in one of two ways.........the compressor valves will be damaged due to pumping liquid rather than gas OR the compressor will lock up due to the liquid refrigerant will wash out all of the oil in the crankcase. Your customer will be well advised to have a capacity controller installed to the system to avoid multiple failures of the compressor and potential loss of the wines they are trying to preserve. :-)

Have a draper compressor. not used much keeps blowing fuse

Compressors blow fuses/breakers for only a few reasons. The most common cause by using an extension cord. It is most often recommended to use more air line instead of a extension cord or at least one that is sufficient to handle the current draw of the compressor.

The next problem is too many items being used on the same circuit that you are using the compressor on. Ideally a compressor should be isolated from all other electrical devices own it's own dedicated circuit.

The last issue is an incorrect rating on the fuse/breaker or one that is worn out.

I hope one of these items takes care of your problem if not please let me know.

Compressor will not turn on, it sounds frozen. We flip the off/on switch on the compressor itself and it keeps kicking it back off. This is for a dental office HELP!

You may be having a voltage drop situation in your neighborhood. Compressors usually draw close to all of the power available from one circuit breaker and when there is a voltage drop you are experiencing what you are. First of all turn off everything else that is plugged into that same circuit as the compressor. If there are other items on that circuit and you can leave them off, then you may be ok for the time being. Ultimately you will have to have an electrician stop in and isolate that circuit.
