Question about Harman Kardon SoundSticks II Computer Speakers

1 Answer

Computer plugs/unplugs Soundsticks II constantly.

Right when I hooked up the SoundSticks II, I encountered a problem immediately. Every time I play an audio file, the computer notifies me that i have "unplugged an audio device" and then "plugged an audio device" over and over until it makes the audio file impossible to listen to. I'm not sure if it's because of a driver issue or if it's due to the audio jack itself.

Sounds like the either a faulty usb plug or port.
I have had this problem with a couple of usb pen drives.
Are they not still under warantee?
Do they work ok on another computer?

Soundsticks not recognised

Remember that speakers that plug into an analogue port do not need drivers - the drivers are for your sound card.
I sounds as though the problem lies there.

Harman Kardon Soundsticks II left speaker

Hi, Kazim
Firts things First:
1) check connector for 2 way sound. you can use a headphone for this.
2) you also buy Ipod dock sound speakers, there is Ihome speakers, great ones, for less than 25.00 dollars.
3) you have to see balance on those speakers.
good luck
