If motor output shaft rusted; use some rust remover on piece of cloth and clean it. Be carefull; don't use too much rust remover and don't let it go into motor to prevent electrical shock. Try to turn output shaft by hand. If it turns easly assemble everything back again. If it doesn't turn that means; motor might has some issues. There is no way to fix it but changing motor with a new exact one.

This is a very hazardous condition. DO NOT stick you hand inside the unit as you may well get yourself burnd by microwave radiation. It appears that there is either a problem in your control panel assy or that you have time on your timer and the unit has a defective door switch allowing the magnetron to keep running with the door open. There are at least 3 protective micro-switches in the door closed and latched circuit. Very slowly depress your door open button or pull the door open slowly (depending on unit type) and listen for 3 distinct switch clicks. All 3 click should happen in less than one one half inch of the door opening. Try is sevral times and listen for the 3 clicks repeatedly. If you do not hear 3 clciks then you have a bad micro-switch If you hear all 3 clicks, more than likely your controll panel has a failed relay on it.
The three most common sources of leakage are a worn/damaged gasket, a cracked jar, or a cracked blade assembly - all of these parts are available from Oster. If you are still under warranty, they might even be able to send whichever part you need for free. Their phone number is 1-800-334-0759 (they are owned by Jarden Consumer Solutions nowadays).
