Supposedly there is , But I don't think so, There is a video on you tube that shows somebody messing with them, I think it is a bunch of ****. Is it the battery or the charger? Do you have other batteries that charge up? The life of the battery is about 1 year. I have boxes full of dead batteries, and guns and chargers. It is cheaper to buy a new gun with batteries and charger than it is to buy 2 new batteries. Check it out.

Did you put the battery back in? Just checking. This sometimes happens with the PSP's. The charger it's self looses the ground. Try plugging in a car charger, or use a charger that will charge the battery out of the PSP.

Self start problem

Your starting problem may be battery charge level. Take buy a auto parts store, most will measure the battery charge condition and may recommend a new battery, They will also measure the status of the charging system, which if not adequate, will contribute to the poor battery charge and starting problem. If the battery condition is good or very good, you may have a Starter solenoid or starter and solenoid problem.

The definition of code 45 nis "CHARGING SYSTEM VOLTAGE TOO LOW".

To put it plain and simple, It is trying to tell you that your computer is starving to death.

This could be due to a shorted battery, a bad alternator, bad/corroded battery cable connections or a combination of these things. Fix your charging system and you will most likely fix your engine running problem.

check the voltage on the battery contacts, check the charging voltage on the battery terminals of the phone,if low replace adaptor.
If Ok then replace battery and charge, if the battery does not retain the charge then replace battery as it might have developed reverse polarity. If adaptor is ok but charging voltage at terminal is low , check the mother board.

Nokia N73 not charging. There is no issue with battery as it is working in other cell phone. I have also tried different chargers. The problem seems to be with point where the pin is inserted.

Cannot charge new battery

Battery is not a known issue for this model, However 3rd party batteries causes some self discharge issue. Make sure the battery is not defective. The little charge circuit on the battery might have different threshold voltage also. Normally battery should show around 4Volts when fully charged. After save your data try full reset and complete discharge of the battery and try again
