Question about Robotoolz RT-7210-1G Self-Leveling, Remote-Controlled Green Beam Laser Leve
That's usually a battery problem either in the laser unit or the remote control. The battery in the remote tends to disconnect if bumped. A small piece of foam pad at the bottom of the battery can fix that.

I don't believe that the unit has a spinning laser. Mirrors are used to split the beam into several beams that indicate plumb, level and righ angles

There seems to be much confusion with the leveling feature of this tool. The directions are not real clear either whenit comes to leveling. You should call the
manufacturer to get tech support. I will send you a link to there site
