Try replacing the regulator and hose, easy to do and not very expensive. If this doesn't work, please let me know.

I have a new PinnacleTG560N natural gas BBQ and I want to convert it to propane, what can I do, or can I get a converion kit to make this work.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do. According to Weber, there are no conversion kits, as your grill is not convertible to propane. Like wise, a Weber propane grill is not convertible to natural gas.

Where do i find propane to natural gas conversion kit for weber spirit e310 gril

Apparently, Weber does not make a conversion kit to convert the grill from propane or from natural gas to propane. According to the Owners Manual - "Liquid propane gas is not natural gas. The conversion or attempted use of natural gas in a liquid propane unit or liquid propane
gas in a natural gas unit is dangerous and will void your warranty." (From Page # 3 of the Owners Manual)

My spirit e 210 will only light half of the front burner. I have a full tank of gas. Does the regulator need to be replaced?

disco the tank...check all your burners include the outside one are all turned off. make sure the tank is off. Now reconnect the hose & reg. and turn the gas on now light the burners the one closest to the reg. first. Everything should light 100%. If that doesn't do it check the burner make sure it doesn't have any extra holes burnt through. and last but not least tap the regulator it may be stuck... let me know how you make out.
P.S. the tank has a ball that closes the tank off if it sees a leak when you screw the reg. into the tank...

The grill seems to get no gas. The guage shows the tanks as empty even though they are not entry. The grill will not light, but no gas seems to be emitted. Weber Spirit

Hi. Your problem has to do with the newer tank technology safety valve. Do this. Turn off the tank and disconnect it from the gas supply line. Then reconnect it and S-l-o-w-l-y turn on the valve. This should solve your problem. From now on always turn the valve slowly. J.

The temp/flame on my weber grill won't get hotter

Check the excess flow safety device, which is part if the barbeque to cylinder connection, may have activated. To reset the excess flow safety device turn all burner control knobs and the cylinder valve off.
Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder. Turn burner control knobs to high. Wait at least 1 minute . Turn burner control knobs OFF. Reconnect the regulator to the cylinder. turn cylinder valve slowly.
