Regulator. Tanks were non burped... Regulator stuck. Turn off tank slow. disconnect. Turn burners on. Tap the regulator with a piece of metal. Turn burners off. Connect tank. Since it was washed out electric starter dont work. Turn burners on. Then you will hear it. Gas. Take lighter and start. Big startup. The hair on your hand burned off wash your hands. Then get the meats! Easy as Cake
Hi there, can you let me know if it will light manually with matches, lighter or manual lighter. I'm trying to work out where the problem may be (gas or ignition). If you lift the gas tank is there liquid inside it.
The issue might just be that the battery powering the starter is dead. There should be a small compartment where there is a small battery stored. Change out that battery as well as making sure all of the wires from the battery to the button to the lighter are all connected well.
Hope that helps!
Yes, you can. Use either a butane grill lighter or a long stick match. Make sure the control knob is in the "light" position and the wick is in the right position. Light the long stick match or butane grill lighter, press the control knob in and while holding it in, touch the flame of the match or butane grill lighter to the wick and the wick should ignite. Once it ignites, quickly remove the match without knocking the tip off into the heater.
Get a butane grill lighter. Open the hood of your grill. Remove the cooking grates and one by one turn the burner to low. Light the butane grill lighter prior to turning the burner on and as you turn the burner to low touch the flame of the lighter to the burner. Leave all burners on low, until you replace the cooking grates. Be very very careful, as you don't want gas to buildup before each burner is lit.
Hello, this is a piezo electric operator night vision monocular which is manufactured in Russia. Piezo electric devise is the same thing one used to ignte the butane lighter when pulling the trigger. Or pushing the button on the gas grill.
You have to keep squeezing that bellow many time before thing start working, OK. Wish you lots of luck. GB...stewbison
most grills do not lite on the first press of the igniter so this is a common situation, The best way to prevent this is make sure everything around the igniter is clean especially the burner. I've seen brand new grills do the for their entire service life so don't be discouraged if you can't correct the problem. Get a extended lighter and lite the grill manually, lite the lighter hold it next to the burner then turn the burner control on, Always lite a grill with the hood or cover open!!
Yes you can. It's best to use a long lighter, You light the burner from under the grill. Should be air slots on bottom, keep lid up and do not turn burner on until ready with lighter. Sounds like you need a new piezoelectric ignition or a wire problem. Thanks for using fixya Jerry
