You probablly don`t installed driver corectly. You need to find provider website, and download the last drivers for our Operating Sistem. After you downloaded that, you need to uninstall your curent driver for your webcam and install your new one.

The most common problem is to have one of these driver files corrupted or deleted by accident. To solve a base system device driver problem, you have to go into Windows Device Manager (Look in Control Panel), and look for devices listed with yellow question marks or other indications that they have a missing driver. You either then go to the Dell support site for your laptop model, or the driver disk you may have gotten with your laptop, and reinstall the needed driver.

That is a link to all drivers related to your motherboard. As a rule of thumb its always a good idea to have a copy of all of these drivers burnt to a cd incase of future issues.
if you can download driver easy https://drivereasy.en.softonic.com/download or put on a device like usb stick and put on the aspire it will find the missing drivers and you just down load and install them, don't use automatic as you will need to pay for this to be activated but to load them yours self its free. been using it for years now my self.
If your computer recognized the hard drive before you have installed your last operating sistem(s) that can be the problem. Your operating sistem or BIOS is not seeing your hard drive any more. Installing a new operating sistem is going to solve your problem but try another one, not the operating sistem you used until now.
