Question about Frigidaire Kitchen Ranges
Thanks for using FixYa. To start with check for the red button, this is usually located in the rear of the oven. You’ll have to unplug it completely then unscrew the rear screws and there is a red button with two purple wires located on a small black round piece, and the other one is located behind the control panel. Push them to reset the oven, if it works then its great. If it won’t work then you’ll have to check the oven temperature sensor and the control board. Please click on this link to test and replace the oven temp. sensor. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Tips for a great answer:
I appreciate your inquiry, Stephanie Givan!
From what you are describing it sounds like a possible short with your breaker box or issue with your terminal block within your Frigidaire range. I would recommend reaching out to a professional technician for a proper diagnosis to be completed. The technician will have the correct tools to check for any electrical issues within the range to make sure the correct component is being replaced. This will help avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt

Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
