Try changing the keyboard, see if that helps. Key boards are fairly cheap. You failed to mention the Operating System. Win xp, home,
Win 7..??? You might also try updating drivers. To do that, go to Start, control panel, device manager, keyboards, right click and then click update driver. Hope this helps.

MY KEYBOARD STOP WORKING, I REPLACE THE BATTERIES AND STILL NOT WORKING

Things to consider... how old is it?
Have you updated software on your computer lately, something major like windows, not the small stuff.
Also, found cell phones and other electronic things in close proximity will do a trick on them too.
Clear the area and try again

My keyboard stopped working

What kind of keyboard connector does it have?

If the end of the connector is round with pins (serial connection), just plug the keyboard back in and reboot the computer. With that style of connector, if they get knocked out or come loose while the computer is running, they will not always work again until you reboot.

If the keyboard uses the flat plug (USB) connector, the computer should be able to pick it up again without a reboot when you reconnect it. Also note that if the keyboard is USB and it stops working; if you have any other USB items hooked up as well (IPod, webcam, external drive, etc), check to see if any of those devices are still working either before rebooting your system. Sometimes, another unrelated USB device may crash causing ALL USB devices to fail simultaneously. If this is the case, unplug all USB devices except your keyboard and reboot. If the keyboard works again, reinstall all of your other devices one at a time until you locate the one that crashed all of them (if that was the case).

Hope this helps.

My bluetooth connection for my wireless mouse and my wireless keyboard stopped working. What Can I do about that?

Have you checked the following:

1. Are the batteries OK (NEW)?
2. Have you restarted your computer?
3. Is the Bluetooth (in your computer - i.e., came with it) or are you using an add on bluetooth?
  • If it is an added bluetooth, have you tried, swapping the USB port that it is plugged into and then restarting your computer.
Let me know how you get on. Please rate. Regards,

Asus CS5111 keyboard stopped working

Try taking the batteries out of the mouse and let the receiver find the keyboard first, then once the keyboard is found put batteries back in mouse and let the receiver find the mouse.

My compaq pasario keyboard stops working ...I reboot it works for a while...next time I go back to it .. it's not working again .. reboot works then stops again

You first need to try and isolate the problem. Try using a USB keyboard. If you plug a USB keyboard into the laptop and it works with out a problem you need a new keypad. If the USB still is problematic than you may need to do a repair install of windows ( this can be done without changing your files or settings) If that doent solve the problem than its a motherboard issue.

My keyboard just stop working . how do i fix it ?

check all connections to the computer - if it is a usb keyboard, try another slot - if everything is connected, reboot the computer - if that doesn't work, check in the device manager (right click my comp, hardware, device manager) - and uninstall it (should be listed as keyboard or usb device) - then right click the top again, and click search for new hardware - this will reinstall the driver.

hope this helps!
