Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My hard drive dosen't show up on my desk top when i plug it in. What should i do? thx

try other usb port, or other computer and see whether the hdd is detected. If still not, try to go to device manager ( http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000833.htm ), and then assign a drive letter to the hdd. After that, try to access it from Computer, if not able to access it, format it (use quick format) and then use this format recovery program called asoftech data recovery to recover your files.

Dear sir, i have a desk top set

here is the best way to get some of your files back.

1.) Stop using the hard drive IMMEDIATELY! Do not drag or create any files on it.
2.) Download asoftech data recovery program : http://www.asoftech.com/adr/
3.) Install and run the data recovery program against the hard disk

Good luck.

I have a my bood world edition and I accidently used the factory restore function and lost a lot of valuable date. How can I restore it

Don't worry, you can still use hard drive data recovery program like asoftech data recovery to recover files from hard drive after factory reset, but you need to run the program as soon as possible because once the space is overwritten by new data, then it will be impossible to recover your files. get the software from

Hello, I have a samsung es55 camera and need to retrieve some pictures after they have been deleted. I have looked online and it seems this is possible through accessing the recycle bin, thought I can't...

I'm working on the premise that you've deleted the photos from your camera memory or memory card.

If you have and used them since, its unlikely that you'll be able to retrieve them, you could have already over written them.

Its unlikely that you've deleted to your recycle bin, thats on your PC, usually already on your desktop. Camera's normally delete for good.

However, check your pc recycle bin, just double click onto it, it should be on your desk top. Once open you can choose to restore deleted files.

There are 2 file recovery programmes available for free from "filehippo.com" called "recuva" and "PC Inspector File Recovery 4.0". Download and install either of these onto your pc and recover from you camera memory to your pc (just create a folder on you desktop".

Good luck.

Hi there, seem to have lost my external harddrive on my desk top, and it is making a beeping sound??

Hard drives don't beep. They make a lot of sounds, but no beeps. If the drive is actually making an unusual noise, it has probably gone bad. Clicking would be a bad disk. Any other noise would be a bad controller board. A good shop may be able to slave your drive to another computer to try and save your data. But don't count on it. By the time a drive makes a loud noise, it's usually gone and unrecoverable.
Before spending a lot of money to recover your data, try the external drive on another computer. Maybe the connection USB port has gone bad on the original computer.

I have a 500GB external SimpleTech HD. Tonight it

If it was running at the time it fell, the heads crashed into the platters, and the buzzing you're hearing is the dents left in the platters spinning by 7200 times a second.
Not good. Likely will need a professional service to recover the data.
